completedOne of our available payment gateways, ezidebit, has informed us of a scheduled outage for disaster recovery: Planned Start: July 26, 2025 6:00AM AEST Expected End: July 26, 2025 10:00AM AEST Affected Infrastructure Components: Ezidebit AU APIs, Ezidebit NZ APIs, Ezidebit Online Details: Ezidebit wish to advise clients and partners of an upcoming Disaster Recovery Test as follows: Environment: Production Date: Saturday 26th July Time: 6:00am - 10:00am (AEST) Services impacted: All APIs - Real-Time and Non-Real-Time (AU & NZ) All Portals - EziOnline , Webpay and Online Payer Sign Up Impact: During this maintenance window there will be two time blocks of up to 5 minutes where services may experience downtime. The first time block is expected between 06:00 - 06:05 and the second will be on completion of maintenance towards the end of this change window. Details: Ezidebit wish to advise of an upcoming scheduled maintenance from our payment gateway partner Bank of New Zealand as follows: Environment: Production Date: 05 July, 2025 11:00 PM - 04:00 AM (Next Day) Services: Ezidebit API's - NZ Real Time Transactions Impact: We have been advised that there will be two time blocks of up to 10 minutes where services may experience downtime. The first time block is expected at the start of the change and the second will be approximately around 2:15 am.
